What did you want to be when you were growing up? I am one of the many who didn't have a clue, still don't.

What is your favourite aspect of the job? Helping people realise their potential.

What super power would you choose and why? Time travel, undo the worlds mistakes

Favourite film or TV Show? How many am I allowed? I can’t choose it’s too hard. But I love action films - law abiding citizen great movie. Love Marvel and also love musicals. Calamity Jane and The sound of music were my childhood favourites. Tv shows - The vampire diaries, The Originals, Friends. I like most except chic flicks and reality tv, they’re not for me

What did you want to be when you were growing up? A midwife. I still want to be a midwife. Maybe I will be when I grow up.

What is your favourite aspect of the job? When I started in Pavillion it was meant to be a temporary sessional job and 15 years later I’m still here mainly because I love the difference we can and do make in the lives kit young people. What I like about my role is that no 2 days are the same. One day I’m doing finance and funding another I’m doing HR tasks and another I can be working with the team having meetings, planning etc

Who is a role model you look up to for inspiration? My Granny - what a woman. She has the kindest heart but is not afraid to say what’s on her mind.

What super power would you choose and why? Again there are too many to choose from but if it’s helpful I know what superhero I would choose to be - Scarlet witch

What did you want to be when you were growing up? A teacher

What super power would you choose and why? Time travel - so that I could rewind or fast forward events in life with loved ones who aren’t here anymore .

What is your favourite aspect of the job? Delivering the activities and working on building relationships with the young people and families we support

What super power would you choose and why? Telekinesis : The abilty to move objects with your mind

What did you want to be when you were growing up? Many things but mainly a teacher or palaeontologist

What is your favourite aspect of the job? Seeing the young people growing up and developing into who they really are in their personalities

Who is a role model you look up to for inspiration? David Purcell has been an inspiration to me for a while as he’s an incredibly strong person and is always looking to help others

What super power would you choose and why? To be able to create anything I want out of thin air as long as I can hold it in my hand because I think it’d be the best party trick
