Junior Club
The Junior club at Pavillion is intended for those between Primary four and Primary seven.
The sessions are on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 3pm-5pm and cost 50p to attend, a small after school snack is provided for the young people (please speak with Team Leaders if your young person has any dietary requirements) and we have a small tuck shop available.
In the Junior sessions we have slightly more structure we still have the free play options but we tend to encourage the young people to engage with the activities on offer as we are more able to direct their energies and can hone in specific topics, One of the most recent being a video all about Love for World Mental Health day.
We love to get our young people active and out in the community! We have been part of the litter picking events with BHA and often go on fun nature walks in the local area. We have access to equipment for lots of sports including tennis, football and basketball. We also have access to the MUGA pitch at the back of the building and often take the young people out there to play. The young people love joining in with cooking sessions, we go through the basics of food hygiene and knife safety with the participants and the young people are more involved in choosing the recipes.
Why not come on down and see for yourself?
